Having problems logging in to your membership profile page?

Here are a few ways you can solve some common log in problems.

• Verify that you are typing your email and password correctly (password is case sensitive).
• Make sure you are logging in with the email address that you signed up with on our site. This might be an address you're no longer using.
• If you're not sure you have the correct password, click on the "Forgot password" link above and an email with a randomly generated password will be sent to you. Log in with this new password and change it to what you would like.
• When you sign up on our site, we send you an email with a link to fill out a form. Perhaps you never completed the sign-up process (sometimes that email can go to your "unwanted mail" folder). Try signing up again on the site with your preferred email address to see the status of your membership.
• In the past, Mountain Forum had a different log in system in which members would sign in using a numerical ID. Maybe you're trying to use an old log in from the previous system. If that's the case, send us a message at membership[at]mtnforum[dot]org and we'll help you resolve this situation.
